Application guidelines for foreign residents in Japan
Classes will be on a 3-month basis.
Four terms; spring (April – June), summer (July – September), autumn (October – December), winter (January – March).
The placement test will be carried out in advance.
※ We do not accept any requests on the class placement from the applicant. Classes are from 9:00am – 12:50pm. Currently no afternoon classes.
No classes on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. In addition, there are summer, winter and spring breaks

Application and tuition
Please submit Application Form, 1 ID photo, passport, Alien Registration Card.
After the placement test, please pay the fees for your tuition and teaching material before class starts.
Please pay the tuition fee every three months.
The tuition fee, once paid, is NOT REFUNDABLE.
If you plan to study just for a few months, you can pay monthly.
About renewal / withdrawal procedure
Please be sure to inform the person in charge in the administration office one week prior to your withdrawal.
Please pay the tuition fee by the end of the previous month for renewal.
If you need a certificate of completion, please apply several days in advance.
